We are looking for a dedicated Receptionist who shares our love for animals and wants to be the welcoming voice and supportive anchor for our international pet parents and medical team.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Đà Nẵng and/or Hội An for a Veterinary Receptionist. The Veterinary Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming clients and their pets, managing appointment schedules, providing client education, ensuring smooth communication, and handling phone inquiries effectively. The individual will bridge the gap between veterinarians and clients, ensuring a professional and compassionate experience for every visitor.

Requirements

• Vietnamese citizen
• Strong skills in appointment scheduling and phone etiquette
• Experience in client relations and effective communication
• Knowledge of and passion for animal care
• Proficiency in organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with veterinary staff and clients
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
• Experience in a customer service environment is highly desirable
