Role Description:

As our Receptionist, you'll be the first friendly face and voice for clients and their pets, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience from the start. You'll expertly manage appointments and calls with care, handle records and payments with a smile, and assist our vet team with medications and supplies. Keeping our reception area inviting and organized, you'll create a caring environment where everyone feels looked after. Your friendly presence is key to our exceptional care.

We're looking for someone who:

• Is a Vietnamese citizen.
• Speaks fluent English and Vietnamese.
• Genuinely cares about animals and people.
• Has great customer service and communication skills.
• Is highly organised and good with details.
• Is comfortable with basic admin tasks.

As our Receptionist, you'll:

• Answer calls, book appointments, and greet clients warmly (in English and Vietnamese).
• Help manage client information and process payments.
• Assist our veterinary team with tasks like preparing medications.
• Keep the reception area organised and help with office needs.
• Be ready to help with other reception duties.
