Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Vet Regulatory Affairs (RA) Specialist located in Hanoi, with some work-from-home flexibility. The key responsibilities of this role include handling regulatory submissions and compliance requirements for veterinary pharmaceutical products, ensuring that all products meet local regulatory standards. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory policies, preparing detailed documentation, reviewing technical dossiers, and liaising with internal teams, regulatory agencies for approvals and compliance updates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit registration dossiers (Marketing Authorization) for veterinary drugs to the DAH (MARD).
- Act as the primary liaison with Vietnamese regulatory authorities.
- Ensure all legal documents (CPP, GMP, CoA) are legalized and meet ASEAN/ICH CTD formats.
- Monitor the progress of applications and handle supplemental requests from regulators to ensure timely approval.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science, Pharmacy, or related field.
- 25 years of experience in RA specifically for the animal health industry or human pharmaceuticals in Vietnam.
- Fluency in English.
