Position Context
- This position is responsible for analyzing and synthesizing vehicle performance and attribute data from testing, benchmarking, and market sources to support technical target setting, pre-TA gate alignment, and competitive product positioning in line with VF Brand DNA .
Position Responsibilities
- Analyze vehicle benchmarking and test data, including KOL drive programs, to identify market trends and customer priorities.
- Provide remote technical support for testing and attribute correlation across markets such as Indonesia, India, the UK, and Europe, ensuring data consistency.
- Support pre-TA gate alignment by integrating Voice of Customer (VoC) and market insights into attribute targets in collaboration with Program, Module, and MI teams.
- Monitor vehicle attribute and technology trends and contribute to technology roadmap development.
- Provide attribute recommendations to optimize the balance between performance, technology content, and cost.
Requirements
Education/ Professional knowledge:
- Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineer or equivalent work experience (3+ years) with solid knowledge in program management in the automotive or automotive's supplier industry.
Skill, Experience
- Experience in analyzing vehicle test data and conducting vehicle benchmarking activities.
- Strong understanding of vehicle systems and performance attributes.
- Strong analytical, data synthesis, and presentation skills to support technical decision-making.
- Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and international markets.
