Job Context
Within an Agile Squad in the insurance sector, you will contribute to the quality and reliability of applications through test automation.
You will work across a wide scope (web applications, APIs, releases, business rules) in an environment that values software quality, test industrialization, and continuous improvement.
You will operate in a distributed delivery context between France and Vietnam, with mature engineering and QA practices.
Your Role
As an
Experienced Test Automation Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, maintaining, and evolving automated API and UI tests to secure critical user journeys.
- Contributing to the automation and nonregression testing strategy in alignment with business priorities.
- Executing and analyzing automated and manual test campaigns on test and preproduction environments.
- Identifying, qualifying, and tracking defects in close collaboration with development teams.
- Maintaining test repositories, test data, and environments required to ensure delivery quality.
- Participating in Agile rituals and driving continuous improvement of testing and quality practices within the Squad.
Your Profile
- You have at least 3 years of experience in test automation on complex application projects.
- You have strong expertise in API and UI test automation and associated tools.
- You are comfortable with test management and defect tracking tools, as well as distributed environments.
- You are familiar with Agile and quality practices (automated testing, BDD, pair testing).
- You demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and clear, structured communication skills.
