Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Middle UX/UI Designer to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping the user experience of digital products.

You will be responsible for executing and contributing UX/UI initiatives from discovery to delivery, collaborating directly with clients, stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to create intuitive, user-centered, and visually compelling solutions.

Key job responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and clarify requirements from clients and stakeholders.
  • Quickly adapt to different business domains and client industries based on project requirements.
  • Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and business domain research.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate product concepts and interactions.
  • Design and maintain scalable UI libraries and design systems.
  • Create UX artifacts and documentation.
  • Conduct usability testing and translate findings into design improvements.
  • Actively contribute to product discovery, feature planning, and design discussions.
  • Present design proposals and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Stay current with UX/UI trends, methodologies, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design practices.

Required qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI Design for digital products, web applications, or software services.
  • Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design processes and the ability to create user-centered digital experiences.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive design initiatives with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar tools.
  • Good English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Marketing background is a plus.
