We're Hiring: UX Research Manager

Location: Ho Chi Minh City

Start Date: Q1 2026

Language Requirement: Fluent in English (reporting to an international leader)

Industry Preference: Financial Services/ Banking

About the Role

We are seeking a UX Research Manager to lead research initiatives that uncover customer needs, pain points, and behaviors for our key MMLC segments. This role is pivotal in shaping service design and digital product experiences by integrating actionable insights into our design and development processes.

Key Responsibilities

User Behavior Research:

  • Collect and synthesize data from research activities.
  • Ensure data quality and participate in analysis at execution level.

Plan & Execute Research:

  • Coordinate research schedules and prepare for usability testing.
  • Organize interviews and data collection sessions.
  • Support in compiling and presenting research reports.

Evaluate & Recommend Designs:

  • Assist in interpreting insights and proposing design solutions.
  • Present findings and gather stakeholder feedback.
  • Ensure design recommendations are communicated effectively.

Integrate Insights:

  • Collaborate closely with UX designers, Product Owners, and development teams.
  • Share research data for effective use in product development.
  • Stay updated on user trends and feedback.

What We're Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Banking, Psychology, IT, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 4-5 years in UX research or customer experience research; at least 3 years working on projects analyzing customer needs, pain points, and business activities for MMLC customers.
  • Skills & Knowledge: Strong understanding of research methodologies and data analysis; familiarity with survey tools, interviews, and usability testing; ability to synthesize and report findings clearly and concisely; knowledge of enterprise operating models and key business processes.
  • Preferred Certifications: UX Research or Design Thinking certifications.
