UX Designer

Hiring: UX Designer | Remote | Contract Opportunity

We are looking for a talented UX Designer with 5–8+ years of experience to join a dynamic team and lead end-to-end design initiatives.

• Location: Remote
• Shift Timing: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST
• Job Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Create intuitive, user-centered design solutions

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows

• Build and maintain scalable design systems/design libraries

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile environments

• Translate complex requirements into effective UX strategies

• Present design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders

• Leverage AI tools to improve design efficiency and workflows

Required Skills:

5–8+ years of UX/Product Design experience

Strong expertise in Figma

Hands-on experience with Information Architecture, Wireframing & Interaction Design

Experience building and utilizing Design Systems/Design Libraries

Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, etc.

Agile methodology and product delivery lifecycle experience

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience in prototyping and UX research

Client Preference: Candidates with proven portfolio experience in building design systems and effectively utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity (not replace design thinking) will be highly preferred.
