Job Description

Overview:

The User Experience Designer plays a critical role in analyzing user behavior and creating seamless digital journeys. You will leverage data from analytical tools to propose design improvements that reduce abandonment and enhance customer satisfaction. This Senior-level role requires close collaboration with the Agile Squad to transform business requirements into engaging, feasible designs while ensuring consistency across the product ecosystem.

Responsibilities

User Behavior Analysis & Journey Optimization

  • Analyze user behavior using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Heatmaps to understand product interactions and identify pain points.
  • Build User Journey Maps to identify and improve critical touchpoints, designing features specifically aimed at reducing user abandonment (e.g., cart abandonment, exit rates).
  • Conduct User Testing sessions to collect real-world feedback and use this data to iterate and optimize designs.

Collaboration & Design Implementation

  • Collaborate with Developers and the Quality Assurance team to ensure designs are implemented accurately, meeting performance standards and interface consistency across devices.
  • Assist the Product Owner and Business Analyst in transforming business requirements into feasible designs and participate in Sprint meetings to align on priorities.
  • Track and analyze metrics such as time-on-page, Click-Through Rate, and Bounce Rate to measure the design's impact on business goals.

Design System & Continuous Improvement

  • Build and maintain a Design System to ensure consistency across the entire product ecosystem, ensuring accurate reflection of brand values.
  • Perform A/B Testing to compare design versions and select the most effective solution for the business.

Skills & Experience We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years focused specifically on User Research and Journey Mapping for high-traffic digital products.
  • Experience optimizing complex funnels such as Onboarding, Electronic Know Your Customer (eKYC), or Loan Application is a critical advantage.
  • Proven ability to lead usability testing sessions and translate data from tools like Mixpanel or Google Analytics into design iterations.
  • Effective presentation skills to defend User Experience decisions to stakeholders, including the Product Owner and Management.
