SQE: Supplier Quality Engineer (OPEN)
【Job Description】
- Set up incoming inspection standard,training inspectors and solve incoming abnormal issue.
- Analysis issue related material, solve material quality issue, Ensure production line produce smooth.
- Manage suppliers, statistics supplier performance, such as incoming reject rate, defect rate , Rating supplier performance monthly.
- Audit supplier: annual audit, new supplier development audit.
- Participate in project NPI development, Early evolve quality control, Qualify Material .
- Other matters explained by leaders.
【Qualifications】
- English Good: Toeic 600+ ,Can speak Chinese preferred
- Bachelor's degree and above, related major
- 3-5+ years experience
- Proficient in using QC 7 tools and 8D report to analyse and solve issue
- Familiar with ISO9001 or IATF16949, Know how to find defects in process and take correct action, know how to audit supplier process.
- Know the production process of some materials, such as plastic, stamping, PCB Etc.
MQA: Manufacturing Quality Assurance (Open)
【Job Description】
- Setup Outgoing spec./criteria and train inspectors
- Setup and buy off quality stations.
- Manage line audit/Control process/OQC quality and continuously improve
- Handle customer quality related feedback/complaint
- Re-judge failure in process and feedback from customer
- Buy-off process machine and qualify new production line
- Lead cross-function meeting of quality issue
- QC work and discipline management
