I. Order Management Specialist/ Merchandiser
【Job Description】
- Daily check shipment pull plan with customer and make shipping documents (Create SO/DN, invoice & Packing list, etc.)
- Maintain EDI system upon shipping documents, familiar with SAP T-code.
- Co-work with PMC/WH/Logistic to make sure on time delivery.
- Track AR and escalate to customer if any payment related issue
- Do monthly and yearly shipment estimation and follow up the progress to ensure 100% achievement of shipping goals
- Communicate with customer to make up long term and short-term supply plan considering FCST and material status, regularly report the progress to customer
- Meeting host
- Do cost estimation and negotiate commercial issue with customer
【Qualifications】
- 01-year experience as sale rep or related.
- Strong communication skills in English.
