Role Overview
This role manages the full lifecycle of platform participants, including compliance workflows, documentation accuracy, data integrity, and engagement coordination. You will collaborate with both local and international users to ensure their participation process is smooth, timely, and aligned with our platform standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end participant lifecycle, including identity verification, documentation checks, compliance requirements, and readiness confirmation.
- Maintain ongoing communication with local and foreign participants to guide them through onboarding milestones and ensure timely completion.
- Manage, update, and audit participant data records to support operational decisions, reporting, and workflow improvements.
- Support the planning and execution of user activation, engagement activities, campaigns, and community events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to facilitate operational tasks and documentation workflows.
- Contribute to operational enhancement projects, process improvement initiatives, or automation opportunities as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience in workflow management, shared services, data operations, or user lifecycle processes.
- Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong digital literacy with proficiency in Excel and data-handling tools.
- High attention to detail, strong data accuracy, and a structured approach to process execution.
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with Workday is an advantage.
