We are looking for an experienced User Researcher to uncover user needs, behaviors, and pain points — and translate them into actionable insights that shape product decisions, improve user experiences, and drive sustainable growth.
What you'll be responsible for
- Plan and conduct user research using various methods, such as surveys, interviews, usability tests, and analytics.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, patterns, and user personas. Generate actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, and marketers to inform and validate product decisions and strategies.
- Create and present user research reports and deliverables to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Design and implement user growth strategies and experiments, such as user acquisition, activation, retention, and referral.
- Measure and evaluate the impact of user growth initiatives and optimize them based on data and feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in user research and user growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in user research and user growth for digital products.
- Proficient in various user research methods and tools, such as Hotjar, SurveyMonkey, and UserTesting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw meaningful, actionable insights from user data...
- Proven experience with conducting user research activities, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and A/B testing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
