Unity Sport is a technology company specializing in real-time data platforms and IT applications. We are building a large-scale real-time sports data platform serving millions of users every day, requiring ultra-low latency and high stability for global customers.

II. Key Responsibilities
- Design detailed UI for mobile apps, web apps, and internal dashboards.
- Update and manage the UI component system / style guide across platforms (Light/Dark mode).
- Translate insights from UX research and data tracking into clear, intuitive interfaces.
- Work closely with the Head of Design to ensure designs align with business goals and user behavior.
- Create interactive prototypes and support developers during the implementation process.
- Monitor international sports design trends (Sofascore, Flashscore, Fotmob, ESPN, etc.) to keep Uniscore modern and distinctive.
III. Candidate Requirements
- 24 years of experience in UI Design (preference for sports apps, data-driven products, news, or streaming platforms).
- Proficient in Figma, with solid knowledge of Auto Layout, Variants, Style Tokens, and Prototyping.
- Strong understanding of Design Systems and the ability to maintain consistent UI across multiple languages and markets.
- A modern design aesthetic: minimal, logical, strong in structure and readability.
- Ability to transform data and statistics into accessible visuals (e.g. player cards, charts, ratings, timelines).
- Solid knowledge of responsive design, accessibility, and readability principles.
- Experience in animation/motion design (After Effects) is a plus.
- Passion for sports or strong interest in sports data is a major advantage.

- Working hours: 8:30 AM 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
