About the Role
We are looking for an User Growth Executive to plan, execute, and optimize online campaigns that drive traffic, conversion, GMV, new user acquisition, and customer retention.
Key Requirements
1. Campaign & Promotion Planning
- Develop and execute monthly and quarterly online promotion plans to drive traffic, conversion, GMV, and user growth.
- Design promotional mechanics, including voucher campaigns, combo deals, membership/loyalty offers, free shipping campaigns, new user incentives, and seasonal campaigns.
- Coordinate campaign timelines and execution plans across internal teams.
2. User Growth & Acquisition
- Analyze customer behavior and identify growth opportunities across online channels.
- Drive new user acquisition through website campaigns, CRM activities, referral programs, partner campaigns, social media, and performance marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with Digital Marketing teams to optimize customer acquisition cost, conversion rate, and retention.
- Propose growth initiatives based on customer insights and campaign performance.
3. Campaign Operations
- Set up campaign mechanics on platform systems.
- Coordinate with Operations, Design, Category, Commercial, and Seller teams to ensure campaign readiness.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and resolve operational issues quickly.
- Ensure campaign execution is accurate, timely, and consistent across channels.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track and report key campaign and growth metrics, including new users, conversion rate, GMV, repeat purchase rate, and campaign ROI.
- Prepare regular reports and propose optimization actions based on data insights.
Key Requirements
Work Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, Economics, or related fields.
- 2–4 years of experience in Growth, E-commerce, Trade Marketing, Campaign Operations, Digital Marketing, or related roles.
- Experience in executing online campaigns and promotional programs.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Familiar with e-commerce platforms, CRM tools, and campaign management tools.
