As a UX Researcher, you will play a key role in shaping user-centered digital products and services by uncovering user behaviors, needs, and motivations through qualitative and quantitative research. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to translate insights into impactful product decisions and meaningful customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Define research objectives, scope, methodologies, and success criteria aligned with business and product goals
  • Design and execute end-to-end UX research plans, including participant recruitment, research activities, data collection, and documentation
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research using methods such as: User interviews, Usability testing, Surveys, Contextual inquiry, Exploratory and generative research, and Remote user testing
  • Analyze and synthesize research findings into actionable insights, opportunity areas, and strategic recommendations
  • Translate user insights into clear product requirements, user stories, journey maps, and design principles
  • Support ideation, prototyping, and product validation phases with evidence-based recommendations
  • Facilitate workshops including stakeholder mapping, customer journey mapping, ideation sessions, and co-creation workshops
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI Designers, Product Managers, Developers, and business stakeholders in an international and cross-functional environment
  • Advocate for user-centered design methodologies and contribute to research best practices within the organization
  • Leverage modern research and AI-enabled tools to improve research efficiency and insight generation

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Cognitive Science, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in UX Research, User Research, Service Design, Human-Centered Design, or related fields
  • Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
  • Hands-on experience conducting: User interviews, Usability testing, Research workshops, Surveys, Exploratory and evaluative research
  • Ability to transform research findings into actionable recommendations for product and design teams
  • Experience creating research deliverables such as personas, journey maps, user stories, insights reports, and opportunity frameworks
  • Proficiency with digital collaboration and remote research tools such as Miro, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms
  • Excellent analytical thinking, synthesis, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple research activities in parallel
  • Experience working in agile product development environments
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
