Job Description

We're seeking a User Acquisition Executive/Specialist with a strong growth mindset, a solid understanding of mobile app marketing, and a passion for driving data-driven user growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling user acquisition campaigns for our mobile apps across global markets. You will work closely with Product, Design, and Data teams to improve install volume, user quality, subscription conversion, retention, and ROAS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product and design teams to craft engaging user experiences, including creative ads, and App Store Optimization (ASO).
  • Manage campaign performance based on key metrics including CPI, CPA, CVR, Trial Start, Purchase Rate, ROAS, Retention, and LTV.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize SEM campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Apple Search Ads) to boost reach and brand performance.
  • Analyze campaign data and user behavior to uncover insights that improve conversion rates (CVR) and user lifetime value (LTV).
  • Propose and test new growth initiatives (A/B testing, channel experiments) to enhance performance.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in digital marketing, mobile app marketing, or user acquisition.
  • Understanding of mobile app growth metrics such as CPI, CPA, CVR, ROAS, LTV, retention, trial, subscription, and purchase events.
  • Experience with paid acquisition channels such as Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta Ads, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with analytics and attribution tools such as GA4, RevenueCat, Appsflyer...
  • Able to analyze data, identify problems, and suggest practical optimization actions.
  • Able to work independently and in a fast-paced product environment.
