Job Title: Urban Planning Expert (Part-time)

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Engagement: Part-time

Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide technical input on master planning, including energy, spatial planning, and transportation.
• Draft the provincial master plan and ensure technical accuracy.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and project progress effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in urban master planning.
• Strong expertise in urban planning domains: electricity, spatial planning, and transportation.
• Demonstrated capability in both technical work and stakeholder/project management.

Compensation:
