About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Unity Developer with 1 to 2 years of professional experience in game development. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Unity and a strong foundation in C#. You will contribute to both the technical and creative aspects of our projects, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to bring innovative Web3 and WebGL game projects to life.
What You Will Do
- Development: Collaborate in the design, development, and implementation of Unity 3D projects, from early prototypes to final production.
- Optimization: Implement new features and optimize existing gameplay systems to ensure high performance on web-based platforms (WebGL).
- Integration: Work closely with technical and art teams to ensure smooth integration of 3D assets, UI, and new technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews to uphold high-quality standards.
- Troubleshooting: Debug and resolve technical issues as they arise during the development lifecycle.
- Web3 Support: Assist in the integration of blockchain and NFT technology into game projects.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 1 – 2 years of professional experience in software engineering, specifically focusing on mobile or web games.
- Technical Skills: * Strong hands-on experience with Unity 3D and C#.
- Experience in developing and shipping at least one complete Unity game project.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software development best practices.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team.
- Language: Proficient in English (ability to read technical documentation and communicate effectively).
- Location: This position is fully on-site at our office.
- Pluses:
- Familiarity with WebGL optimization.
- Knowledge of or keen interest in Web3, blockchain, or NFT technologies.
