The Unit Head - Card Acquisition will lead strategic efforts to develop and execute initiatives focused on customer acquisition for the company's card products. Key responsibilities include overseeing and guiding sales teams, identifying new customer acquisition opportunities, analyzing data to optimize strategies, and ensuring the achievement of business goals. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, requiring leadership, strategic thinking, and an in-depth understanding of card product sales and acquisitions.

• Strong expertise in Customer Acquisition and Acquisitions strategies to drive business growth
• Proficiency in Team Management and leadership to oversee and motivate sales personnel effectively
• Sharp Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize acquisition strategies
• Proven track record in Sales, particularly in credit cards or financial services
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with excellent problem-solving capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in consumer finance or a related financial service industry is highly desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a results-oriented mindset
