A. Job Responsibilities

1. Underwriting technical and Innovative Underwriting Practices (Phng php thm nh i mi)

. Underwrite new proposals/existing policies within approved authority

. Implement and adapt cutting-edge underwriting techniques that leverage emerging technologies (e.g., artificial intelligence, machine learning) to improve accuracy and speed in decision-making.

. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements, proposing and executing innovative solutions that enhance the underwriting process.

. Develop and Update underwriting guidelines based on technical standards and market conditions.

2. Data Analytics and Risk Assessment (Phn tch d liu v nh gi ri ro)

. Utilize data analytics tools to analyze underwriting data and provide insights into risk assessment and portfolio performance.

3. Process Optimization (Ti u ha quy trnh)

. Identify and eliminate inefficiencies within the underwriting workflow, promoting continuous improvement through process automation and digital solutions.

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline the underwriting process and enhance the customer experience.

. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay abreast of the latest underwriting tools, technologies, and market trends.

. Share knowledge and best practices with team members to promote a culture of innovation and learning within the underwriting department.

5. Perform other tasks assigned by manager

. Responsible for tracking and reporting the effectiveness of new underwriting innovations and their impact on operational performance.
