1. Position Overview
- Job Title: Underwriting Executive
- Contract Duration: 6 months
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Location: Bitexco Financial Tower, 2 Hi Triu Street, Sài Gòn Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
2. Key responsibilities
Under direction of Head of Underwriting Department, handle Underwriting and Processing Works and other related works to these functions, with the detail as follows:
- Issuing Process Policy, Endorsement and other related documents policy issuance
- Input and Secure Policy data in Underwriting System
- Set up and monitor client file
- Solve problem and properly report to Head of Department any unsolvable issue
- Improve System's utilities as demands
- Handle related and requested reports
- Handle other jobs and functions relating to Non Marine Insurance assigned by Senior U.Wer and/ or Head of U.W Department and/or SVI Executives
3. Requirements:
- Strong manner of carefulness, responsibilities, problem solving, decision making, management under high pressure and upon challenges
- Teamwork spirit
- Good communication
- Experienced working in same function at least 3 years.
- Graduated from: University of Economics HCM, Foreign Trade University, HCM University of Law, University of Economics and Law
- Fluent Speaking and Writing in both English and Vietnamese
- Good at computer skills
4. Benifit:
- Gross salary: 15–25 million VND/month
- Official Labor Contract with full Social Insurance (SI), Health Insurance (HI), and Unemployment Insurance (UI)
- 100% insurance contribution based on the full salary
