Job Description

At Vieclam24h, our mission is to make recruitment in Vietnam faster, simpler, and more effective for both job seekers and recruiters.

As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a key role throughout the entire product lifecycle — from early discovery to final delivery — ensuring every user interaction is intuitive, delightful, and meaningful.

You'll work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Researchers, and Engineers to turn insights into impactful experiences across mobile, web, and admin platforms, with a strong mobile-first mindset.

What you'll be responsible for

Discovery Phase – Understanding Users & Problems

  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Researchers to define user segments, needs, and pain points.
  • Participate in user interviews, usability studies, and data reviews to gain deep empathy for job seekers and recruiters.
  • Translate research insights into user personas, journey maps, and opportunity areas.

Solution Ideation Phase – Designing the Right Solutions

  • Co-create solution concepts with the product team using How Might We sessions, brainstorming, and quick sketches.
  • Visualize product ideas through wireframes, storyboards, or interactive prototypes.
  • Contribute to evaluating multiple solution directions, weighing feasibility, scalability, and UX quality.

Product Design Phase – Crafting User Experience

  • Design clear, consistent, and user-friendly interfaces across mobile and web.
  • Develop detailed user flows, information architecture, and interaction logic aligned with product goals.
  • Collaborate with engineers early to ensure technical feasibility and maintain scalability.
  • Conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate on feedback before development.
  • Maintain and evolve the Vieclam24h Design System to ensure brand consistency and reusability.

Product Development Phase – Supporting Delivery

  • Provide finalized hi-fidelity designs, design specs, and handoff assets to development teams.
  • Review in-progress builds to ensure the implementation stays faithful to the design intent.
  • Collaborate closely during QA and pre-launch reviews to refine details and fix usability gaps.

Go-to-Market Phase – Learning & Improving

  • Support the Product and Marketing teams with visuals for new feature launches and communication materials.
  • Review post-launch analytics and user feedback to identify UX improvement opportunities.
  • Contribute design insights to post-mortem reviews and future product iterations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products (mobile and web).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking — from research insight to production-ready interface.
  • Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, FigJam, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
  • Experience working in Agile product environments, collaborating with PMs, engineers, and researchers.
  • Deep understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Familiarity with usability testing, A/B testing, and analytics-driven design iteration.
  • A mobile-first design mindset and experience with scalable design systems are strong advantages.

What we'll offer

  • Attractive salary package, extra allowances, free lunch, free parking or Shuttle Bus, with 100% salary in probation offered.
  • Social Insurance: Fully compliant, starting from probation.
  • Premium Healthcare Insurance: Applicable for all official employees after probation.
  • Premium Annual Health Checks for employees (once per year).
  • OKR-base management: with clear SOWs, no fingerprint, or any physical attendance checking system.
  • Compelling Extras: 15 leaves/year, 4 flexible working days, birthday off, rewards & bonuses based on performance, company trips, and gifts/bonuses on special occasions & holidays.
  • Bonding Policy every month – for team engagement.
  • Flexible working hours (Mon – Fri only), working location at Dist 7, HCMC
