The Opportunity: Design the Future of Our Digital Products
We are looking for a creative, user-focused, and detail-oriented individual to join us as a UI/UX Intern. This is a foundational role perfect for a current student or recent graduate who is passionate about user-centered design and eager to learn how to build intuitive, effective digital experiences from the ground up.
You won't just be making things look pretty. You will be an active member of our Creative & Brand team, learning how to translate user needs and business goals into functional designs. Your mission will be to support the design of our websites, landing pages, and potentially our SaaS platform, s.i.m.b.a., using our Hypothesis-Driven Design (HDD) methodology.
What You'll Do
- Support UI/UX Design Projects: Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for websites and landing pages using tools like Figma.
- Learn Hypothesis-Driven Design: Understand how we use A/B testing to validate design decisions. You will help create different design variations (e.g., button styles, layouts) to test specific hypotheses about user behavior.
- Assist with User Research: Help the team gather and organize user feedback and data (e.g., from heatmaps or session recordings) to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain Design Consistency: Learn to work with and maintain our design systems and brand guidelines to ensure all digital assets are consistent and professional.
- Collaborate and Learn: Work closely with developers, marketers, and product managers to understand how design integrates with technology and business strategy.

Basic Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a degree program in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field.
- A portfolio or examples of work demonstrating a basic understanding of UI/UX principles (layout, typography, color theory, user flow).
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, or Sketch.
