ABOUT THE JOB
- Analyze business requirements to generate ideas, concepts, and mockups that address business needs.
- Conduct research to understand user experience and business requirements; perform tests to validate concepts and mockups.
- Create prototypes for proposed ideas and concepts.
- Design user flows and experiences that are simple, thoughtful, and useful.
- Collaborate closely with the Development team to ensure optimal user experience.
- Review and provide feedback on product quality regarding UI/UX.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Software Engineering or related field.
- 4+ years of experience designing web and PC or mobile applications.
- Demonstrated experience with Sketch, Figma, XD, Zeplin, and Invision.
- Strong understanding of interaction design, usability, and information architecture; strategic product thinking and vision.
- Excellent user interface design and visual aesthetic sensitivity; proven experience with end-to-end hybrid UX and UI design.
- Strong communication skill and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
