Overview:
The User Interface and Creative Designer plays a central role in creating optimal user experiences and intuitive interfaces for our Digital Banking platform. You will drive business metrics such as conversion rates, engagement levels, and customer satisfaction by analyzing user behavior and translating business needs into visual solutions. This role requires a balance of aesthetic excellence and strategic thinking to ensure products meet user needs while aligning with the organization's business goals.
Responsibilities
Strategic Design & Business Alignment
- Analyze digital business Key Performance Indicators, such as customer retention rates, conversion rates, and product usage time, to inform design decisions.
- Coordinate with the Product Owner and Business Analyst to define design priorities that are closely linked to business targets.
- Apply User-Centered Design principles to ensure all interface and experience designs improve the user journey while supporting business objectives.
User Interface Design & Optimization
- Create prototypes and design mockups that align with user needs and product goals, ensuring interfaces are intuitive and easy to use.
- Create design elements that drive conversion, such as effective Call-to-Action buttons, user-friendly layouts, and elements that minimize friction in the user journey.
- Ensure responsive design across multiple devices (iOS and Android) and stay current with market trends.
Skills & Experience We Are Looking For
- Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Arts, or an equivalent field.
- 3 or more years of professional design experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating mobile app designs (iOS and Android) and a clear understanding of Design Systems.
- At least 1 year of experience designing for financial services, e-commerce, or high-trust digital products.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (specifically variables, components, and auto-layout) and Adobe Creative Suite.
