About The Role

We're looking for a User Acquisition Marketing Manager to drive scalable growth for our consumer app globally. This role is for someone who lives in dashboards, loves experiment loops, and knows how to bring high-quality users at efficient costs across multiple paid channels. You'll own strategy execution optimization end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning
  • Build and execute UA strategies aligned with monthly activation, retention, and ROI goals.
  • Own budget planning, forecasting, and performance targets (CPI, CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV).
  • Identify new channels, audience segments, and market opportunities.
  • Campaign Execution
  • Launch and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google App Campaigns, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and programmatic platforms..
  • Manage full campaign lifecycle: targeting, bidding, audiences, creative variants, and event mapping.
  • Run systematic A/B tests for creatives, audiences, and landing/store assets.
  • Data & Optimization
  • Monitor daily performance and optimize for scale + cost efficiency.
  • Analyze funnel KPIs impressions clicks installs activation retention revenue.
  • Partner with analytics/product to understand user behavior and improve LTV/CAC.
  • Creative Collaboration
  • Work with designers/agencies to build creatives (video, static, UGC-style, influencer formats).
  • Ideate briefs backed by market insights and competitor analysis.
  • Drive creative refresh cycles and performance benchmarking.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with product, CRM/retention, analytics, and brand teams to maintain growth loops.
  • Ensure proper tracking: MMP (AppsFlyer/Adjust), Firebase events, attribution windows, SKAN (if iOS).
  • Align with regional partners and agencies for scaling opportunities.
  • Partner & Vendor Management
  • Manage relationships with ad networks, agencies, influencers, OEM channels, and DSPs.
  • Negotiate rates, explore whitelist opportunities, and unlock beta features.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on UA or performance marketing experience for a consumer app.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, attribution, MMPs, and campaign optimization.
  • Ability to manage sizable budgets and justify ROI with structured reporting.
  • Experience working with user behavior, culture, and digital habits.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Bias towards experimentation, iteration, and fast problem-solving.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in high-scale app categories: fintech, e-commerce, mobility, entertainment, lifestyle, healthtech, edtech, etc.
  • Understanding of retention marketing, lifecycle flows, and CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing funnels or affiliate networks.
  • Comfortable with SQL or BI tools (not mandatory).
