ABOUT THE ROLE

As our UA Performance Lead, you will take full ownership of performance marketing initiatives tailored to our D2C e-commerce model, with a primary focus on Paid Ads to drive online purchases and scalable revenue. Leading a team of specialists, you will emphasize conversion optimization, funnel efficiency, and e-commerce-specific metrics to fuel aggressive global expansion.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Growth Marketing, with at least 2 years of deep expertise specifically in app/game user acquisition on paid ads platforms (e/g Applovin, Mintegral, Unity, ironSource, Google, UAC, TikTok, Meta...)
  • Proven experience in managing a performance marketing team of at least 3-5 people, with a track record of hitting aggressive KPIs.
  • Expertise in A/B testing, cohort analysis, and LTV (Lifetime Value) modeling
  • Deep experience with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMP) such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Excellent English proficiency to work in a global, fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive leader who is detail-oriented, self-driven, and thrives in a performance-focused culture.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Build and direct full-funnel performance marketing campaigns across key platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, AppLovin, etc.) to acquire new customers and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Oversee the planning, launching, and daily optimization of ad spend within your team to drive purchases and maximize financial / performance metrics.
  • Leverage different paid ad tactics, and optimization rules to improve performance.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including creatives, content and product team to align on campaign goals and execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure we stay ahead in the digital advertising space.
  • Guide your team in constantly A/B testing everything from ad creatives, audience segments, placements to bidding strategies to find the best-performing combinations.
  • Prepare and present regular campaign performance reports with actionable insights and learnings.
