GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Executive marketing plan to acquire users profitably through organic and non-organic channels for products of Indiez
1/ Key responsibilities
- Manage and run multiple Global Marketing campaigns across mobile ad networks (like Facebook, Google, etc)
- Work closely with Ad networks to optimize campaigns.
- Work closely with Internal team to create new effective creatives for Ad campaign
- Update report & support other Marketing activities.
- Analyze data and recommend plan changes if necessary for better results

2/ Qualifications
- Level Middle: At least 2 years of experience running campaign ads (Google/Facebook/Other Ad Networks)/ digital marketing,
- Level Senior: At least 4 years of experience in running campaign ads, including 2 years in Game/App industries.
- Having work experience with data to draw insights is a big plus.
- Personal Laptop
- Proficient in English writing and speaking skills (equivalent to IELTS 6.06.5 or above).
- Ability to coordinate with different stakeholders.
Technical skills:
- Have a good logical sense in data analysis.
- Being familiar with using mobile marketing attribution tool (e.g. Appsflyers or Adjust) is a plus
- Strong management skills to handle multiple campaigns or multiple projects.
