Treasury Manager (Leading Global MNC in HCMC)

Our client is a leading multinational FMCG company with significant cash flow and large-scale capital operations in Vietnam.
This role is designed for a treasury professional who goes beyond daily operations and plays a key role in optimizing capital through structured investment planning, working closely with the Head of Finance, CFO, and management team.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily treasury operations, including cash flow, liquidity, and bank transactions

• Prepare and monitor short, medium, and long-term cash flow forecasts

• Optimize the use of company funds through well-structured investment plans

• Execute short, medium, and long-term investments in line with internal policies and risk appetite

• Work closely with banks and financial institutions on funding, deposits, FX, and financial instruments

• Manage financial risks related to liquidity, interest rates, and international exchange

• Prepare treasury reports and insights to support senior management decision-making

• Continuously improve treasury processes and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• Strong experience in Corporate Treasury, Banking, or Financial Management

• Investment background or hands-on experience with financial instruments is a strong advantage

• Solid understanding of cash management, funding structures, and financial risk

• Ability to work closely with senior finance leaders and management teams

• Clear communication skills and a structured, analytical mindset
