Lead end-to-end capital raising and treasury strategy to strengthen the company's capital structure and accelerate SME financing growth. Drive funding initiatives across banks, investment funds, DFIs, and strategic partners to support portfolio expansion and sustainable scalability.
Key Responsibility :
- Originate and execute debt, equity, and structured financing transactions (bilateral loans, syndicated facilities, JV structures).
- Lead deal structuring, negotiation, and closing to optimize cost of capital, collateral frameworks, covenant design, and risk allocation.
- Align funding strategy with SME disbursement targets, portfolio growth, and liquidity planning.
- Oversee covenant compliance, capital deployment tracking, and investor reporting.
- Establish structured investor communication cadence (quarterly updates, portfolio reviews, annual briefings).
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with banks, funds, DFIs, and strategic investors.
- Represent the company in investor meetings, conferences, and fundraising roadshows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Fintech Lending, Structured Finance, Private Equity, or Fund Management.
- Proven track record in fundraising and structured finance execution.
- Strong capabilities in financial modeling, capital structuring, deal negotiation, and investor communication.
- Professional working proficiency in English (finance reading, writing, presentation).

- Established network with banks, investment funds, and financial institutions in Vietnam.
- Experience in high-growth startup or fintech environments.
- Understanding of SME Lending, Invoice Financing, or Supply Chain Finance.
