Job Description

What you are accountable for:

  • Raise capital from banks, investment funds, DFIs, and strategic partners through debt, equity, or joint-venture structures.
  • Lead deal structuring, negotiation, and execution to optimize cost of capital, collateral management, risk allocation, and legal compliance.
  • Align fundraising initiatives with SME disbursement targets and loan portfolio growth plans.
  • Manage covenants, investor reports, and internal dashboards tracking capital utilization and performance.
  • Establish consistent investor communication cadence through quarterly updates, portfolio reviews, and annual briefings.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors, banks, and financial partners.
  • Represent Advance at investor meetings, conferences, and fundraising presentations.

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in:
  • Investment Banking / Corporate Finance / Fintech Lending / Structured Debt / PE / Fund Management.
  • Proven track record in fundraising or structured finance deals (debt, hybrid, or equity).
  • Strong skills in financial modeling, capital structuring, deal negotiation, and investor communication.
  • Proficiency in English for finance: reading, writing, and presenting.

Preferred:

  • Established network with banks, investment funds, or financial institutions in Vietnam.
  • Prior experience in fast-paced startup or fintech environments.
  • Understanding of SME Lending, Invoice Financing, or Supply Chain Finance.
