Position: Transportation Analyst/Supply Chain Analyst (Sign contract with PERSOL)
Location: Mapletree Business Centre, 1060 Nguyen Van Linh, Tan Hung Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
Working time: Mon Fri (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
Key Objective:
- Transportation SME on international, domestic transportation and trade operations
- Implements primary delivery advisory services to internal and external parties as first level window for taking care of all kinds of escalation
- Work with cross-functional teams to meet transportation and trade operations KPI targets
Job Summary:
- Track inbound and outbound shipment status and report out potential risks
- Handle transport and customs issues by liaising with internal and external parties
- Administration of transportation documents and filing
- Compile transportation data as input for dashboard generation
- Manage freight invoice audit and payment settlement
- Setup and support the maintenance of transportation master data in SAP / S4 Hana system
Skills Set & Applicant Requirements:
- Ability to handle Excel, PBI or other data analytical and dashboard visualization tools
- Experienced in SAP / S4 Hana system
- Strong knowledge of international and domestic transportation operations, including air, ocean, and ground freight
- Solid understanding of trade compliance and customs procedures, import/export documentation, and regulatory requirements
- Hands-on experience in tracking inbound and outbound shipments and proactively identifying potential delivery risks
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve transport and customs issues through effective liaison with freight forwarders, carriers, brokers, and internal teams
- Experience in freight invoice audit, cost verification, and discrepancy resolution
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and coordination skills to act as the first-level escalation point for transportation-related matters
- Proficient in English for business communication (both written and verbal)
- 57 years of relevant experience in international transportation and import/export customs clearance or trade-related matters
Education:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in logistics or supply chain
