Job Description

Role Overview


The PMO serves as the central Project Management Center of Excellence for Masan's Digital Transformation initiatives. This role is responsible for establishing and championing project governance, methodologies, and delivery standards across all transformation projects (e.g., ERP rollout, Data Platform, Supply Chain optimization, Performance management, CRM & Loyalty, etc.)

.You will develop standardized frameworks, enable execution efficiency, consolidate performance data, and work closely with project managers, tech leaders, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with transformation strategy

Key Responsibiliti

  • esDevelop and maintain PMO frameworks tailored to transformation projects (Hybrid/Agile/Waterfall
  • ).Establish PMO playbooks, RACI matrices, risk management frameworks, and reporting standard
  • s.Ensure all projects follow standardized processes from initiation to hypercar
  • e.Provide guidance, coaching, and training for project teams on PM best practices, tools, and transformation governanc
  • e.Onboard new PMs and transformation team member
  • s.Support cross-BU collaboration and escalation managemen
  • t.Manage PM tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project) and optimize structure for project trackin
  • g.Consolidate project status updates, RAID logs, timeline milestones, KPIs, and OKR
  • s.Build and maintain executive dashboards and performance reports for leadershi
  • p.Conduct regular project health checks, process audits, and milestone validatio
  • n.Identify early risks, delays, or misalignment, and collaborate with PMs on mitigation action
  • s.Drive continuous improvement of project execution disciplin

Requireme

  • ntsMinimum 3 years in PMO, program/project management (preferably in digital transformation or enterprise tech project
  • s).Strong knowledge of Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid methodologies, governance frameworks, and PM lifecyc
