You will develop standardized frameworks, enable execution efficiency, consolidate performance data, and work closely with project managers, tech leaders, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with transformation strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage PM tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project) and optimize structure for project tracking.
  • Consolidate project status updates, RAID logs, timeline milestones, KPIs, and OKRs.
  • Build and maintain executive dashboards and performance reports for leadership.
  • Conduct regular project health checks, process audits, and milestone validation.
  • Identify early risks, delays, or misalignment, and collaborate with PMs on mitigation actions.
  • Drive continuous improvement of project execution discipline.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years in PMO, program/project management (preferably in digital transformation or enterprise tech projects).
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid methodologies, governance frameworks, and PM lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience with PM software (Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
  • Strong capability in process mapping (BPMN, Visio) and digital process optimization.
  • Proficiency in data analysis & dashboarding (Excel, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication & documentation.
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder influencing skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical.
  • Able to consolidate large volumes of information accurately.
  • Service-oriented, collaborative yet assertive when enforcing PM standards.
  • PMP, PMO-CP, or PRINCE2 highly preferred.
  • Agile/Scrum Master or transformation-related certifications are a plus.
  • Strong ownership and execution mindset.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high-change environment.
  • Diplomatic and supportive, with the ability to challenge when necessary.
  • Growth mindset, willing to build and improve systems from scratch.
  • Business-focused, able to align project standards with strategic outcomes.

Nice to have

  • Experience in digital transformation across Retail, FMCG, Supply Chain, ERP, Data & Analytics, or CRM.
  • Involvement in enterprise-level project rollout (multi BU).
