We are currently looking for a Transfer Pricing Associate. The job descriptions and requirements are detailed below:
Job Description:
- Assist in preparing transfer pricing (TP) documentation, including TP Declaration Forms, Local Files, Master Files, and supporting appendices.
- Perform benchmarking analyses including company screening, financial data analysis, and preparation of benchmarking working papers.
- Assist in preparing client questionnaires, information request lists, meeting minutes, and follow-up emails.
- Support senior team members in drafting reports, presentations, proposals, and advisory memos.
- Conduct research on TP regulations, tax legislation, industry developments, and relevant business matters.
- Coordinate internally with team members to meet project deadlines.
- Assist in transfer pricing audit and controversy support, including responses to tax authority inquiries and transfer pricing defense activities.
- Support Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs) projects, including data collection, economic analyses, and preparation of supporting documentation.
- Perform other administrative and project support tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Tax, Economics, Law, or related fields.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, ICAEW are an advantage.
- Interest in transfer pricing, tax advisory, business analysis, financial research, and consulting.
- Basic understanding of transfer pricing concepts, accounting principles, and Vietnamese tax regulations is preferred.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to collect, interpret, and summarize information across business, financial, tax, and legal sources.
- Good attention to detail, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good command of English, particularly in reading and writing professional documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced professional environment.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively under deadlines.
- Prior internship or work experience in transfer pricing, tax, audit, accounting, consulting, or finance is an advantage.
