Job Description:
- Transactional banking sales is responsible on introducing trade product and service such as payment service, inward/outward remittance both domestic and cross border to assigned customer portfolios. Providing consultancy service and after sales service.
- In charge on advisory to Relationship Manger and Branch operation Team regarding to transactional banking related matters.
- Develop and deliver account planning and action plan along with RM and/or Sales manager to establish target customers and sales plan.
- Introduce and support products presentation along with service to target customers.
- Generate call report/ Pipeline Tracking to support personal management and KPI.
- Transaction approval regarding to level of authority.
- Training and management transactional banking product and service for customers.
- Engage with clients as service solution for assigned customer portfolio.
- Design and develop processes to increase customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor /Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, and related fields
- At least 2 years working experience in sales/ relationship management/ Trade Finance in banking industry
- Self-motivated and willingness to work across different cultures
- Well understanding of Transactional Banking Products. (International Trade Finance)
- Good project management skills
- Good analytical and logical thinking skills
- Good command in English
- Strong communication and management skills
