Job Description
SUMMARY
Conduct training programs to enhance the technical and/or interpersonal skills of both new and existing employees. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training delivered, and participate in planning and designing enhancements to existing courses. Must possess knowledge of manufacturing concepts, practices, procedures.
Ensure that employees skills, knowledge, and work attitudes meet production, quality, and occupational safety requirements, contributing to increased productivity and operational efficiency

2. Key Responsibilities
2.1. Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
- Collect and analyze training needs from all departments, with a focus on Production, Quality Control, Engineering, and Safety.
- Coordinate with department managers to develop and maintain a Training Matrix for each position.
- Regularly review, update, and adjust training programs in response to production requirements and technological changes.
2.2. Training Planning (Develop)
- Develop the Annual Training Plan in alignment with the company's strategic direction and within the approved budget.
- Design training contents, curricula, and materials tailored to the training needs.
- Prepare classrooms, training equipment, and necessary support resources.
2.3. Training Delivery
- Deliver core training programs, including Orientation, Safety Induction, ESD Awareness, and Quality Standard Training.
- Deliver soft skill training programs as required.
- Provide on-the-job training for new hires and employees transitioning to new roles.
- Invite and coordinate with internal or external trainers as required.
2.4. Training Evaluation
- Design and implement training programs incorporating 4-level evaluations based on the Kirkpatrick Model.
- Monitor training effectiveness through the Training Record System and provide regular progress reports to management.
2.5. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure training records comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, or customer-specific standards.
- Maintain and manage training records in a complete, accurate, and easily retrievable manner for audits.
2.6. Continuous Improvement
- Propose improvements to training content, methods, and tools.
- Participate in projects to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
3. Requirements
3.1. Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of training experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the electronics industry.
- Experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs on production skills, safety, and quality.
3.2. Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of learning principles and instructional techniques.
- Proficient in MS Office; e-learning design skills are an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
- Knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes (SMT, DIP, Assembly, Testing, PCBA inspection) is an advantage.
- Good English communication skills, ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
