- Maintain and operate Workday LMS: publishing, updating, troubleshooting, and ensuring stable course performance across all employee groups.
- Manage end-to-end compliance training deployment — assign, track, and report completion for mandatory programs within defined timelines and audit standards.
- Maintain and improve digital learning content and assessment system for internal skill development programs, including language and computer literacy programs, with focus on consistency, accuracy, and learner experience.
- Design and produce visual content for L&D events and programs — including promotional videos, banners, backdrops, design flies, and program reports — ensuring consistent quality and brand alignment.
- Produce monthly L&D performance dashboards and training reports to support management decision-making and program effectiveness tracking.
- Ensure complete documentation of all learning assets, system workflows, and training records for audit readiness and knowledge continuity.
- Act as internal trainer for Orientation programs, technical skill modules, and soft skill sessions when needed — delivering training to both direct and indirect labor employees as assigned.
- Coordinate across functions and HR sections to organize, schedule, and support the design and delivery of training programs, ensuring alignment with business priorities and participant availability.
- Coordinate with Global L&D, IT, and relevant stakeholders for learning tools, software licenses, and system-related requests.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager / Supervisor.
Requirements
- Strong instructional design and visual design sense (PowerPoint / Canva, AI...).
- Portfolio of e-learning or slide design work is a strong advantage.
- Experience with Workday LMS and e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline).
- Advanced data handling and reporting mindset (Excel / Power BI / learning metrics / training reports).
- Good English communication and documentation skills.
- Confident in facilitation and training delivery — able to present to mixed audiences including direct labor and indirect labor employees.
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills — able to work across functions and manage multiple stakeholders to organize and deliver training programs effectively.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset — works effectively within and across teams, contributes proactively, and supports shared goals over individual priorities.
- Agility and adaptability — comfortable navigating change, taking on new responsibilities quickly, and adjusting priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
