  1. Job Purpose

The Training Manager is responsible for building strategies, planning, and overseeing the implementation of all training and development activities across the Group. This role ensures that training programs are aligned with the company's growth objectives, enhance employee capabilities, and foster a culture of continuous learning.

2.Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage the annual training plan and budget.

Advise senior management on talent development strategies, training policies, and long-term learning initiatives.

Collaborate with departments to assess training needs, design, and implement internal and external training programs.

Organize, monitor, and evaluate training sessions to ensure effectiveness and ROI.

Establish and maintain training documents, guidelines, and employee development records.

Lead and manage the Training Department team: set goals, delegate tasks, provide coaching, and evaluate performance.

Conduct onboarding training for new employees and management development programs for potential successors.

Promote a culture of continuous learning, internal knowledge sharing, and employee engagement.

3.Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher (preferred majors: Education, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields).

Experience:

Minimum 5 years in training & development.

At least 4 years in a managerial role.

Experience in Real Estate or large-scale corporations is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Excellent ability to analyze training needs and design effective programs.

Strong presentation, facilitation, and report-writing skills.

Proficient in MS Office and training management tools.

Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
