Training Manager (Body & Paint)

Professional Expertise & Experience

• Solid technical knowledge and experience in the automotive industry, particularly in body repair and paint (body & paint / collision repair).

• Hands-on experience in conducting technical training for technicians.

• Experience in developing and compiling technical training materials (training curricula, work instructions, repair standards).

• Strong understanding of modern automotive paint technologies, including surface preparation processes, color mixing standards, and body restoration techniques.

• Thorough knowledge of workplace safety regulations in body & paint workshops and international quality standards.

Training & Management Skills

• Design training programs based on different skill levels for body & paint technicians.

• Plan, organize, and manage the implementation of training programs across the entire system/network.

• Strong presentation and knowledge transfer skills, capable of delivering both theoretical training and practical hands-on instruction.

• Collaborate effectively with related departments (service, technical, operations, etc.) to ensure consistent training implementation.

• Evaluate technician competency after training and continuously propose improvements to training programs.

Requirements

• Proficient in MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
