Job Description

Follow training plan to organize training class. Monitor training process and results. Ensure all training following company training request and falls a positive learning cycle.Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding and internal training programs
  • Track training plans, attendance, and completion status
  • Prepare and maintain training reports & dashboards
  • Collect, clean, and process training data for weekly/monthly reporting
  • Use Power BI / Excel to support data visualization and training analysis
  • Maintain training records, documents, and training databases
  • Support trainers in organizing training sessions and logistics
  • Assist in improving training effectiveness through data insights
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Training Manager

Qualifications

  • College or Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, Data, or related fields
  • Open for Fresher (experience in Training/HR or reporting is a plus)
  • Good skills in Excel (Pivot, formulas), PowerPoint
  • Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
  • Ability to process and analyze data accurately
  • English skills: able to read documents, write basic emails, and communicate at work
  • Careful, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
  • Good communication and coordination skills
