Summary: Persons employed in this position are responsible for, but not limited to, establish education center and managing training activities at the site, multitasking for some other administration tasks.
Job Responsibilities
- Establish Education Center included: develop annual education program, develop internal & external trainer, training schedule and follow-up the training activities according to schedule.
- Establish annual training program and follow-up to make sure delegated trainees were completed necessary training course and maintain the documentation to comply ISO 9001, RBA.
- Work with cross function team to build-up training material & qualifications process.
- Co-work with HR and cross function to define employees carrier path and required skill for employee development (for Operator & Technicians)
- Managing other administration tasks ex.: security service, housekeeping service, canteen service through another employee.
Job Requirements
- Excellent education program management skills.
- Good understanding of the cross-functional in manufacturing site.
- Good communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to motivate, facilitate cross functional team members in international
- Attention to detail, drive for results & systematic working methods.
- Demonstrated skill in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must be good in English.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in related field. Functional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
- Experience/knowledge in education field in manufacturing site.
- 5+ years experience in a similar position.
