Design and implement both public and in-house training programs related to QHSE management systems.
Conduct training sessions in offline, online, or hybrid formats.
Develop training outlines, materials, presentations, and instructional guides.
Program Evaluation and Support:
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
Address client inquiries related to the certification process.
Stay up-to-date on the latest regulations, standards and industry best practices.
Strategic Contributions:
Provide guidance to management on training and development strategies.
Identify and support opportunities for cross-selling Bureau Veritas services as needed.
Execute additional tasks as assigned by the Training Manager.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure adherence to the BV Quality Assurance System, QHSE policy, Codes of Ethics, and BV Group's policies and procedures.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
Certificate as a QHSE Lead Auditor (IRCA certified) is required.
Background in Social and Sustainability standards is preferred;
35 years of experience in QHSE training and auditing.
Strong understanding of local and international QHSE regulations and standards.
Technical And Professional Skills
Expertise in developing and delivering training content using various methods (mentoring, coaching, in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.);
Proficiency in training management systems and advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and relevant software.

Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt to various training styles (offline, online, hybrid)
