JOB PURPOSE

The Trainee will assist the HR & Payroll Services team in delivering accurate and timely payroll services. This role focuses on supporting payment execution, and compliance with company policies and local labor regulations. It is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in payroll administration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate with Finance team to ensure timely salary disbursement.
• Prepare payment files and reconcile payroll transactions.
• Monitor and report any discrepancies in payroll payments.
• Assist in payroll administrative tasks as needed (contracts, data entry, filing).

JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
• Proficient in MS Excel and comfortable with HR systems.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Good command in English and Vietnamese.
• Can work fulltime in 06 months.
