JOB PURPOSE

To fulfill the tasks assigned with sufficient coaching by experienced Associate/ Senior Associate including but not limited to:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in preparing application documents and regulatory filings related to personal data protection compliance.
  • Support in preparing and submitting Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA) and Data Transfer Impact Assessments (DTIA).
  • Provide administrative and professional assistance to senior team members, including reviewing internal documents and contracts for compliance.
  • Lodge applications and official documents with government authorities.
  • Support senior team members in both professional and administrative matters.
  • Assist higher level with Company Secretarial/ compliance tasks to meet customer requirements on time.
  • Assist senior team members in lodging applications and other required documents with competent government authorities.

JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree majoring in law.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of computer skills and office software (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, internet search)
  • Be dynamic, creative and responsible.
  • Passion for such work and enjoy meeting clients regularly.
  • Proactive, meticulous, integrity.
  • Strictly observe confidentiality of information.
  • Great communication skills with a pleasant and affable personality.
  • Nimble, independent, careful, honesty, accountability, friendly.
  • Priority given to candidates with prior experience conducting DPIA/DTIA assessments under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP.
  • Able to work full-time in 6 months.
