Job Description

We are looking for a Traffic & Productivity Manager to manage workflow, resource allocation, and operational reporting across our Strategy, Creative, and Account Management teams.

In this role, you will own the day-to-day traffic system—ensuring projects move smoothly from kickoff to delivery, resources are balanced, and productivity bottlenecks are caught early. You will

also be expected to evaluate our current processes and introduce better, modern ways to manage bandwidth and agency output.

What You'll Do

  • Resource & Schedule Management: Own the daily and weekly allocation of Strategy, Creative, and Account resources. Balance team capacity, prevent over-allocation, and adjust schedules as priorities shift.
  • Daily Operations & WIP Tracking: Track active projects, maintain accurate Work-in-Progress (WIP) records, and hold teams accountable to deadlines and project milestones.
  • Productivity Reporting & Dashboards: Generate clear weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports comparing team output against available work hours. Maintain functional dashboards for agency leadership.
  • Bottleneck & Risk Identification: Spot scope creep, overlapping tasks, and inaccurate time estimates early. Escalate capacity issues and work with team leads to resolve them.
  • Process Optimization & Documentation: Review existing workflows, build clear SOPs/templates, and implement modern tools or AI-driven methods to improve overall operational efficiency.

Who You Are

  • 4–6 years of experience managing traffic, operations, or project workflows within an advertising, creative, or marketing agency.
  • Proven track record of improving agency traffic processes and resource tracking methods.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Operations, HR, Media/Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills & Tools
    • Spreadsheets: Strong proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
    • Project Management Systems: Hands-on experience with tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Notion, or Trello.
    • Process Automation / AI: Ability to use AI or automation tools to streamline reporting, administrative tasks, and workflow tracking.
  • Work Style & Competencies
    • Direct Communication: Clear, professional communicator who can manage priorities across different teams and seniorities.
    • Operational Precision: High attention to detail with a practical, problem-solving approach.
