Job Description
The Traffic Executive is responsible for managing, coordinating, and overseeing the flow of projects across departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
This role supports collaboration between Account Management, Creative, Strategic Planning, Production, and external partners (e.g., freelancers, visualizers) to maintain workflow quality and timely delivery.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Creative Directors, Executive Creative Directors, and Project Managers (Direct report: Head of Creative Operations)
- Partner with Project Managers to clarify project requirements, resolve workflow obstacles, and support teams in delivering beyond client expectations
- Understand strategic and tactical priorities, and communicate them clearly to teams
- Coordinate with designers, creative leads, project managers, and account teams to align schedules, resolve conflicts, and balance workload
- Manage resource allocation effectively under changing demands and maintain visibility of upcoming workloads
- Develop short-term, mid-term, and long-term resource plans aligned with project needs
- Create project plans, structure workflows, and allocate resources appropriately
- Review daily creative schedules, prioritize tasks, and assign workload
- Regularly update schedules and keep stakeholders informed on project status
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related fields (Design, Marketing, Advertising preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Traffic or Account Management within a creative agency
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Effective negotiation skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Understanding of budgeting, estimation, and agency profitability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
