Job Description

Scope of work:

  • Planning, deploy, monitoring trade marketing plan based on approved marketing strategies to ensure Nabati visibility and availability in all channel of in-charged region.

Key roles and responsibilities :

  • Day-to-day management of region
  • Review and analysis daily sales report, ROA report.
  • Daily tracking marketing program performance in region.
  • Field check visibility and availability.
  • Meeting with RSM, Trade MKT executive about action plan for next days.

Analysis & planning , deployment :

  • Analysis region performance base on report system and field check information ( 4P mix, Competitors,..)
  • Closely working with brand team to develop MKT campaign for customers (merchandising, activation, POSM..)
  • Develop action plan for expanding distribution of channels
  • Deployment Marketing program
  • Deploy approved Marketing program as company process.
  • Monitoring sales team do promotion in stores correctly with our criteria

  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Ability to work under high pressure and meet deadline.

  • Good communication and negotiation.

Qualification/Knowledge/Experiences:

  • Bachelor.
  • At least 1 year experience in Trade Marketing.

Age and sexual requirements:

  • Male or Female
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, eager to learn at work.
  • Team work.
