JOB OVERALL
- Direct report: Senior Trade Marketing Specialist
- Work location: Viettel Tower
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Trade Marketing Execution
- Coordinate the execution of trade promotions across channels (GT, MT, E-commerce)
- Track promotional calendars and campaign timelines
- Support inventory reconciliation (gift/POSM) to ensure stock gift availability for promotions
- Coordinate POSM production and ensure proper in-store visibility and display standards.
- Ensure PR/PO/GR documentation is complete and aligned with company policies
- Prepare and verify trade documentation (MOIT registration/announcement)
2. Reporting & Analysis
- Track sales data by channel, SKU, and region.
- Evaluate promotion effectiveness (ROI, uplift, coverage).
3. Coordination & Compliance
- Work closely with Sales team to implement trade campaigns effectively.
- Others task assigned by Line Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, related field or equivalent experience.
- Under 2 years of experience in trade marketing, sales administration, or commercial support
- Strong MS Excel and reporting skills
- Experience with SAP system is a plus
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
